Jane and I are in the process of identifying all the folks who have not taken the evaluation and contacting them via telephone or email. One thing we have discovered is that getting to the evaluation is a bit confusing. Hopefully this will make it easier to find. After you click on the evaluation icon, you need to the scroll down and click on the "Tutorial Evaluation" which will bring up a screen that has "Quiz Introducion: Tutorial Evaluation" at the top of the page. Now you still have to click on the button in the center of the page that says "begin quiz" (which is actually the evaluation). Feel free to email me if you have additional questions.
