TO ALL ILL STAFF ON THE CTLS LISTSERVE: Please read the message below. IMPORTANT ! TURNAROUND TIME SURVEY: The ILL office sent out green cards beginning the week of June 7. To date (June 25) we have sent 150 green cards with your ILL books but have received only 21 green cards back. Please return your green cards with the books or place them in an envelope and mail separately. Green cards placed in the mail as a post card run the risk of getting lost at Austin Public and not getting back to our office. We will continue to mail cards with your books until we receive sufficient numbers for turnaround time. Thanks for your cooperation.
