CTLS has arranged for members to try for six months one of the services offered by Biblionix, which originally developed the services for Westbank Community Library. The four services are designed to increase productivity, enhance patron services, and document needs or justify expenses. The services are of particular interest to libraries which do not have the infrastructure or technical support to provide these services for themselves. To encourage CTLS members to try out the services, CTLS has paid for each member to try one service of the member's choice for six months. You can use only one service at a time, but you can try more than one service during the trial period. . Database Usage Tracking - the library can designate up to 5 TexShare databases to track usage individually, or choose instead to track the total of all database usage, both in-library and remote . Interlibrary Loan Management - capture information for the patron and the loaning library and track ILL request and return status . Public Workstation Remote Control and Usage Statistics - remote shutdown and messages to users; graphs of usage by computer and time period .
