These are GREAT programs that will help you on a day to day basis. My personal favorite is the interlibrary loan one, since it's just so slick. The four services are designed to increase productivity, enhance patron services, and document needs or justify expenses. The services are of particular interest to libraries which do not have the infrastructure or technical support to provide these services for themselves.
