Hello All CTLS Member Libraries!

Please read the message below from the Texas State Library and Archives
Commission. They are offering 2 online courses from UNT. There are only 1000
for each course available for all library staff of Texas. These classes are
similar to the one you might have taken on Privacy and Confidentiality last
January.

I will also let you know that CTLS is going to provide the Providing
Excellent Customer Service in a Multicultural Environment to CTLS members in
January and February of 2005. You may want to take advantage of the Managing
Difficult Patrons with Confidence! since CTLS will not be offering this one.

Here is the email link for more information and to sign up for the online
workshops. http://www.tsl.state.tx.us/ld/workshops/online/lead/index.html .
If you have any questions, feel free to email or call me.

typically take one to two hours to complete and are delivered in the WebCT
