Hello All CTLS Member Libraries! Please read the message below from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission. They are offering 2 online courses from UNT. There are only 1000 for each course available for all library staff of Texas. These classes are similar to the one you might have taken on Privacy and Confidentiality last January. I will also let you know that CTLS is going to provide the Providing Excellent Customer Service in a Multicultural Environment to CTLS members in January and February of 2005. You may want to take advantage of the Managing Difficult Patrons with Confidence! since CTLS will not be offering this one.
