There are some interesting things here.  I was not aware of this particular cooperative program.   A web based way to pay fees (membership??).  Here is the list of vendors http://www.tasb.buyboard.com/buyboard_biz/Current%20Vendors.pdf  including Xerox, Demco Highsmith.   (28 pages worth!!)  It looks like you can request comparative bids online and software will tabulate results as they are received.  Interesting.
