The Bylaws Subcommittee of the Steering Committee has developed proposed bylaws concerning the Board of Directors for the nonprofit CTLS. These proposed bylaws will be considered at the October 21 Membership Meeting. If the members are in agreement, the initial CTLS Board will adopt the bylaws in order to conduct the election of new Directors at the January 28, 2005 Membership Meeting. The remaining bylaws will also be considered at the January 28 meeting.
