Please contact the Friends of the Frisco Library if interested. Laurie Mahaffey Central Texas Library System
With the beginning of the new fiscal year, the Friends of the Frisco Public Library would like to offer to libraries statewide the nicely bound Centennial History of Frisco, Texas. The book was authored by Steve Quinn (a popular columnist with the Dallas Morning News) and sumptiously illustrated. Although the book sells for $75.00 from the publisher (the Heritage Association of Frisco), the Friends acquired the right to sell the volume to qualifying non-profit organizations for only $60.00. This offer will extend through Christmas. <snip> Those who wish to take advantage of this offer may do so by writing: Friends of the Library/Heritage Association Offer c/o Lorene Chambers, 6009 Star Trail Drive, Frisco, Texas 75034 or they may call Ms. Chambers directly at (972) 712-9342. Ms. Chambers will invoice the libraries that order this wonderful book.
