Several librarians have asked who needs to sign the resolution once the governing body passes it. It is up to each governing body to determine who should sign a resolution or how it is otherwise identified as having been approved. Most governing bodies probably have their own procedure and format for resolutions. As long as the text provided by CTLS is used and the resolution is officially identified as approved by the governing body, the State Library will accept it.
