There are just 2 days are left in the Heritage Quest and Sanborn Digital Texas Map pledge drive to maintain state-wide access to these databases for every library in TexShare for a 13 month period starting on August 1, 2005 - Sept 1, 2006. We hit the 90% mark today. We need about $19,000 to achieve our goal. I would hate to reach this point and not achieve our goal of renewing these databases for our patrons interested in genealogical research.
A TexSelect subscription to HeritageQuest and Sanborn Maps for your library would be significantly more than what we have suggested for your pledge amount. The most common amount pledged is $550.00.
If you have been thinking about pledging please don't delay, we must have your pledge in by May 1st. Amigos will be sending out invoices for the pledges you submitted.
