Selecting "Reply to All" will send a message to the entire list. --------------------------------------------------------- Our patrons are required to pay for the replacement cost as well as a flat processing fee of $7.00 when an item is lost.   When the patron returns the lost and paid for article we do not refund the processing fee.   However, on the rare occasions that it “resurfaces’ and we are reasonably sure that it has been in the library all along, we then make an exception and refund both the COB and PROC FEE.
