He suffered a massive heart attack and died Friday morning around 3 a.m. in a local hospital. He leaves behind a 14 year old son, an extended family, and many friends. Donald began working at CTLS in October 1997 as the main contact for the collection development program. His was the friendly voice on the other end of the phone helping members worked through payment, invoice, credit memo, and account balance problems. Unknown to most members was Donald's deep involvement with youth sports leagues in Austin. He was a volunteer coach for youth baseball, basketball, and pee-wee football teams. He took particular pleasure in coaching his son in these sports. His work touched many young lives and gave positive direction to much youthful energy. Our sympathies and condolences go out to Donald's family. Please keep his family in your thoughts as they cope with this sudden and unexpected loss. We will notify you as soon as we have information on Donald's services.
