Please reply to Pam at [EMAIL PROTECTED] About a year ago a lady from CA told me were flying our flag incorrectly. She said it should be US 1st, MIA/POW 2nd and TX 3rd. We fly the US 1st, TX 2nd and MIA/POW 3rd. I let her comment pass but I have watched other flag poles and they fly their flags like we do. Today the VFW said we need to put the flags up properly, they said the same thing the lady from CA said. I have tried to find out the proper way but have not.
