No .. the libraries that might be covered under Priority 3 do not need to complete a TechAtlas inventory. Two things -- 1) there may not be any Priority 3 funds; and 2) the TechAtlas inventory is attempting to find those original NT machines granted under the original Gates grant. We will not know about Priority 3 or 4 funds until after an analysis of the TechAtlas inventory has been completed. If there are funds for either of these categories, we will rely on you guys to identify libraries in need . . . They are excited and are getting started. The TechAtlas survey has a blank for State Library ID, what is it? During the training we learned that libraries who didn't participate in the first grant might be able to participate under Priority 3 if there are any unused funds.
