We are beginning a senior outreach program to our nursing homes, senior apartment complex, and senior center.  I think that we're generally going in the right direction, but I'd like to hear from some libraries that are already doing this.

I'm looking for helpful tips on circulating materials, how missing, lost, or damaged items are handled, whether or not anyone does a depository collection, and any other helpful hints.
