Need help completing your Form 486 for the E-Rate program?
The Texas State Library is pleased to announce the availability of the
following online course:
LD605 -- E-Rate: Form 486
This course is intended to provide Texas library staff with a basic
understanding of the E-Rate program, including technology plan and CIPA
requirements. At the conclusion of this course, you should have a completed
Form 486!
Format: This course is an online, self-paced course. Participants may
complete the course at their own pace but all coursework *must* be completed
within 30 days of enrollment. This course will be available online until
October 31, 2006.
Grading / CE Credit:
Participants who make a grade of 70% or higher in this course are
eligible to receive three (3) hours of continuing education credit.
