We've had three people who have had to cancel out of tomorrow's workshop in Georgetown. If you are worrying about your library's policies, this is the workshop for you! Michele Otstott is our presenter; she's funny and tells good stories. I guarantee our discussion will arouse lots of controversy! You will also receive a CD with a sample policy manual in digital form (which you can easily modify to fit your needs). At present, we have no plans to repeat this workshop, so if you can drop everything and come, please do so! The workshop is from 9:00 to 3:00, and we will have lunch at 11:45 and a tour from 12:30 to 1:00 of the new Georgetown Library (at 402 W. 8th Street). I've got extra lunches ordered, so bring $8.00 to cover lunch and refreshments, and bring your current policies, such as they are... Pack up all your cares and woes - Just come!
