Subject: [ctls-l] Limiting checkouts of library materials?

        Inquiring minds want to know:

Does your library limit the number of materials that a patron
can check out at one time?

Do you limit by topic? (Example, only 2 books on snakes when you
suspect the entire 5th grade is doing reptile reports)

Do you limit by format (3 videos or DVDs)?

Please reply to the list so that we can share answers. It's
difficult to do comparisons of library circulation or turnover rate with
differing policies.

        Thank you.

        Laurie
