Thanks for the info about using the "skins." I was looking into that option. We use a cleaning device (like Clean Doctor) to clean dirty CD's and a Skip Doctor to "repair" slightly scratched up ones. Both have worked for us and it is fairly easy to do. I also appreciate the idea about waxing them - that makes sense and is a lot cheaper than some of the other protection products out there. We either wash the CDs with soap and water or if it is scratched we use a little machine that takes off a layer of the CD. We try to prevent the scratches by waxing the discs when they arrive for processing. Sharon Parker (who works for one of the audio vendors) told me that's how they fixed scratches. Its just car wax but it puts a layer of protection on the disc.
