Federal Mandate for Libraries Applying for Federal Grants http://nnlm.gov/scr/blog/?p=408 The American Library Association (ALA) recently announced that libraries planning to apply for its federally funded library programming grants will be required to apply through Grants.gov. This new mandate affects libraries that apply for traveling exhibit grants and other grants that include a cash grant component.
