Ditto for us. We wondered if we would be overrun with requests once we got rid 
of the fee, but so far it doesn't seem to have happened--just lots of happy 
patrons.

Not anymore. When we were mailing out notices, we were-postage and cost of 
physical notices. Now that most of our notices are emailed, we don't have a 
financial reason to do so.
