Alright, It turns out that there's approximately 10 million dollars of e-rate money that Texas libraries are not taking advantage of. For any of you out there that have wanted to get e-rate but felt overwhelmed, got opposition from your city, or are generally confused (confused described me 2 years ago), we are looking into getting you some help this year, pending Board approval and also depending on how many of you are interested.
