Hello Everyone:

We are purchasing signage and are struggling with what to name the reference
and reader's advisory desk. While reference desk is descriptive to us, we
worry that it may not be descriptive enough for our patrons. We also do not
want to have any kind of fear/intimidation factor that would make patrons
hesitate to approach and ask questions; making it seem as welcoming and
approachable as possible is out goal. We also thought about "Information"
(not enamored of it either-that seems like a place where you get your
directional questions answered) or "Questions?"

Does anyone have any other ideas? What experience have you had with what you
named your reference and reader's advisory desk?

Any information is greatly appreciated and very welcome!

Best,
Angela
