I am resending my email regarding ILLIad out to the listserv. The email I sent out on Friday to the listserv did not deliver. ILLIAD web pages are back up as of Friday morning. Please check your book marks to make sure you have the correct bookmark for the new ILLiad web site, http://tsl.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/TXG/logon.html This is the new location since we moved the software program to the OCLC server in Ohio. If you have ILLIad, not WorldCat, but ILLiad bookmarked on your web pages change it to the new address above. This site provides access to your ILLiad account. WorldCat access from either direct from the FirstSearch at OCLC, http://firstsearch.oclc.org/ or from the Austin Public Library web site http://www.cityofaustin.org/library/ or http://www.cityofaustin.org/library/lbill.htm is the same. At this time all other procedures are the same. As you know the State Library is making changes to the interlibrary loan program. Austin Public Library is one of the test libraries in the first wave of pilot testing. Salado Public library is one CTLS library participating. Go Salado! I will keep you posted as we move through the testing process. Within the next two or three weeks I should have more information on how this new program will affect the area libraries. ILLAID web pages are now back up. You can send ILL requests from WorldCat to ILLiad. We finished linking the web pages this morning. If you tried using WorldCat last night and you were successful check again. Those requests did not go through. If you have any questions give me a call. Taylor Public send a successful request through this morning so not to worry Taylor. Check your ILLiad account if you have some concerns. Sorry for the delay but apparently we had one center still down yesterday so OCLC did not want us to all go on while they were working to bring up that center.
