Don't think we've had Joe Scruggs, but I've heard he is very good. We do purge inactive users who haven't had any activity for 2 years. We don't purge people who still have our books or have fines. I think we do this (sort of) annually. It does make for some ups and downs in the number of borrowers, but at least it's closer to reality and hopefully that way we don't have too many dead people in the system!
