I talked to Cystal at Blanco and she said that they have an hourly person who comes in once a week to maintain their computers. She can also call him anytime if something goes wrong. He is retired and mostly available. Our Board meets Friday and I am going to ask if I can exchange $200 in our collections budget for tech help. This will reduce our collections budget to $500 but I think that I can make the most of it. The Workforce Workstation (WkWK? or WWPC?) helped a fellow get his unemployment figured out the other day. Two of us volunteer to take care of the computers and system, but it has grown to a point of needing care and feeding every day. We have our normal jobs and can only help by phone, after hours if we are not on our job, or call in the professionals at a high cost not budgeted.
