Oh I totally agree, he's not innocent in more ways than one. It's hard to fathom that he had no idea that she was capable of this type of atrocity and yet he both contributed to their expanding brood AND he at the very least accomodated this insane home schooling thing, something that seems like a major stressor for a fragile and mentally unbalanced mother.
