Weathermen all over are baffled by these strange occurrences. In the North Eastern US, where it should be snowing, the high for December 6th was a record-breaking 65! And Norio H, an SGRA contact in Southern California said, "we had a weird weather here today.....Tornado like micro busts in Long Beach........for the 5th time this year......the first year ever int he history of Southern Calif. of a tornado in a major city." So what's going on here? Some believe that this strange activity has to do with a project called H.A.A.R.P (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Project). HAARP is run by the Navy, and is supposed to be used for some type of atmospheric study... many here at the SGRA, as well as many involved with other research groups believe that HAARP may be playing around with nature, and causing these strange patterns. Currently the SGRA has brought a team together to track, map, and report on all strange weather phenomena in the United States. We're trying to find some connection to HAARP. We will bring you more on this story in a later issue. ********** 2) Mysterious Lights Over Penn. In recent months we have received numerous report of strange lights over Pennsylvania. We've investigated this for about two months now, and have come up with a lot of documentation including interviews, pictures, drawings, and more. We are pulling everything together into a report which will be made available to those members who would like it. For more information on this report feel free to contact the SGRA. ********** 3) F.E.M.A Report 1 of 3 We alerted you before to a FEMA report that we have brought together. We have edited it, and made some changes as well as a massive grammar and spelling check. If anyone would like it again either via E-mail or snail mail we will be sending them out this week so please e-mail us and tell us. We only have a limited copy of the printed version, complete with pictures so hurry up and order yours today! ********** 4) Sea Shadow Update Last issue we brought you the story of an amazing ship called the USS Sea Shadow. For those of you who do not remember, or did not get the chance to read the article the Sea Shadow is a stealth ship designed by Lockheed Martian Skunk Works, the same people responsible for the SR-71 Blackbird, the F-117 Stealth Fighter, and the stealth bomber. We have gotten many requests in for a picture of the Sea Shadow and have sense contacted the Navy's office for obtaining pictures of ships. We have basically been given the run around, but we do have a picture of the ship in a Navy mag here at our base. So, if we have to we will scan that picture in, and we will send it out to all of you for your own assessments. A F.A.Q (Frequently Asked Questions) sheet has been put together on the Sea Shadow and is available for anyone's viewing. Simply ask and we'll send it to you in an E-mail.
