CONFIRMED: HOFFMAN TARGET OF OKC SEALED INDICTMENT

(CNNS, 01/02/99) -- In a report issued by this news service
(Conspiracy Nation News Service) on Dec. 31, 1998, we reported on
Sherman H. Skolnick's fears that author David M. Hoffman was the
target of a sealed indictment issued by the grand jury in
Oklahoma tasked with investigating the Oklahoma City bombing or
bombings of April 19, 1995. ("Author Feared To Be Target Of OKC
Sealed Indictment," CNNS, 12/31/98)
It is now confirmed that Hoffman, author of "The Oklahoma City
Bombing and the Politics of Terror" and a journalist associated
with the Haight-Asbury Free Press, appears to be the person named
in the sealed indictment.
An Associated Press wire story dated Jan. 1, 1999 reports that
Hoffman says he is the person named in the sealed indictment.

Hoffman, a reporter, has, he says, been charged with "stalking"
grand jury members.
And, according to the AP story, Hoffman refuses to surrender to
authorities unless he can work out "reasonable terms" with the
district attorney.
Hoffman has probed, tirelessly and for dozens of months, evidence
that the Oklahoma City bombing(s) involved a wider conspiracy
than Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, and evidence that more
than one bomb destroyed the Murrah Building in April of 1995.
Says Hoffman: "The [grand] jurors are not good people. If they
were good people, they would have returned more indictments.
This is the biggest government coverup since the Kennedy
assassination." (AP, 01/01/99)
According to Hoffman, his "stalking" charge stems from his
allegedly having sent copies of his book, "The Oklahoma City
Bombing and The Politics of Terror" (Feral House, 1998), to grand
jurors during their investigation. Hoffman refuses to say
whether the allegations are true.
As CNNS goes to press, Sherman H. Skolnick could not be reached
for comment.
