EERIE DEPTHS SEEN IN OJ SIMPSON CASE ==================================== By "Rhea Fortean" (pseudonym) (CNNS, 01/03/99) -- Fiendishly Clever, Stupid, or a Frame? Just for a few minutes, pretend you are planning a murder. You want to get away with it. You don't want anything about the murder to look as though you were involved. Also pretend that you are a very famous person the world over who for the last few years has been involved in a series of extremely popular comedy movies where you are "stereotyped" in the most blatant way. There are certain plots and props that are associated with you, especially in one movie where someone is framing you as a killer. By this time, many of you will have figured out that the person I am alluding to is OJ Simpson. The Naked Gun series was extremely popular and many people associated Simpson with Det. Norberg. In Naked Gun 2 1/2 it went as far as: OJ Simpson wearing a knit cap, sneaking around carrying a big knife, wearing leather gloves; haphazardly parked cars as a running gag; a large shoe is shown in the police lab tagged "The Swiss Army Shoe"; June is an important date in the movie (the murders were in June); and a man climbs over a chain link fence and falls into a wall (a la outside Kato Kaelin's quarters)!! By the time the actual Nicole Simpson/Ron Goldman murders happened, millions of people automatically associated OJ Simpson with these "symbols" from the movie, Naked Gun 2 1/2. I think it more than odd that they showed up in the crime scene where his ex-wife Nicole and her friend Ron were murdered. In fact, it is incredibly bizarre. Did OJ decide to use the very elements that were most closely associated with himself in order to commit a murder? Is that likely? Clever? Fiendish? Stupid? To me, it would be like Christopher Reeves going into a bank in a Superman outfit to rob it. Or Clayton Moore going into a convenience store and robbing it in his Lone Ranger mask and outfit. Or Michael Jordan wearing his Chicago Bulls uniform as a disguise to commit a crime. Or Harrison Ford wearing his "Indiana Jones" hat as a disguise to commit a crime. The intermingling of Hollywood and Real Life here is Too Blatant to Ignore!! And the Most Bizarre aspect of it all is that these connections, between the movie and the actual case against O.J. Simpson, were not even hinted at in the "Trial of the Century." It would be like Christopher Reeves or the others being on trial and nobody asking the witnesses, "What made you recognize them?" The silence on this issue has been Deafening. + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + INFORMATION PLEASE: Conspiracy Nation News Service (CNNS) is a co-operative effort.
