Well, when Ronnie the Communicator closed the institutions that held a good
share of the people now homeless, he never designated where they should go.
Perhaps since it appears to be a nation-wide problem, our Republican Congress
can come up with something (when they get through with the more important
issue of Monica that is).  Prudy
