Ooooooh ... no they were slave societies ruled by a free elite

Eeeeeeh ... but it's the act of wealth concentration itself that
is the problem. And it is the power that wealth brings that corrupts
the freedom of everyone.
Yiiiiiieeeaaaaooooah ... that's why there must be limits on the amount
of wealth individuals can accumulate.
YIKES!!! The best way to do that is with a progressive income tax up
to 100% when anyone approaches that limit. No tax shelters. No
foolin'.
100% tax on income over $2,000,000 per year. If you can't live on
that,
take a second job in another country.
