Despite how it may appear to be in contradiction to my original reply to
"Nurev," I believe the best way to render evil harmless is to expose it to
the light: to allow persons, perhaps represented by Nurev's post, to spew
their bilge--whereupon it may be attacked and seen for its true and vile
nature. I would not censor people like Nurev (unless people were motivated
to violence by his words), but I have no qualms about "busting their chops"
on an open forum for the utterance of such filth.
In either case, the utterance of hatred is no joke to me, precisely because
of the price our fathers had to pay in putting down the metastatic evils of
the past.
