I can remember when the so called seers, revelators, authors and theorists
were picking dates for big earth quakes/volcanos/armageddon/end-of-the-world/
planatary alignments/global ice age/earth would go into the sun and so on
between 1968 and 1995. Never happened. Now as we approach 2000 we will
have all new theories, predictions and tales. Then when 2000 comes and goes
all the thorists and authors will move their predictions back to 2001, 02, 03
and
so on. I would point at that because we are approaching 2000, every
earthquake,
earthburp, fart, volcano, tornado or otherwise will suddenly take on new
meaning.

I remember when the map was 1994-1999, then 1997-2000, now
1998-2012. Doesn't say much about his so called information/sources.
The one I recall is how he was claiming that because of all these
earth changes Hollywood would be forced to move to southern colorado;
how the major insurance companys would be so bankrupt and destitute from
all the disasters that he said would happen between 1996 and 1998 that
the insurance companys would all go bankrupt. Didn't happen.

If you notice, that seems to be a trademark of his You know such and such
state/nation/country will be submerged.

Same earthquake crapwe have been hearing for 15 years. none of which
has happened.

I hope multinational corporations don't believe in him...they will just
dump the toxic waste unchecked into the environment because Scallion
says nature is going to solve our environmental problems.
As to the increase of erractic weather, what about the massive snow storms
which hammered much of the pacific northwest during early july 1876. I have
one account about miners holding a fourth of july parade with horses and such
going over 20 foot snow drifts..jsut to name 1 of many weird weather years
that has been in the recorded history of our nation. In fact it has been
suggested
that El Nino was what doomed the original Jamestown colonists.

Scallion isn't saying anything that hasn't already been known. That
the third world is going to be extremely effected by Y2K because much
of their "hi tech" stuff is 8086 chiped computers and such.

During the stock crash of '29 the stock market went down about 20 percent,
which is close to what it did in July-August of 1998. Just like 29 the market
bounced back. The point being is you have to look at the stock market on the
basis
of 7-20 years as opposed to TODAY.

With his age, this would be a safe prediction. Kind of like the astrologers
predicting that a major airliner will crash this year.

We already have a war going in in Yugoslavia and it has been on going
for years. Tell me something I don't know.

I remember that he made similar predictions for 1996, 97, and 98.
Nothing happened.

Science has been making DNA advances for years so we have
another 'safe' prediction.

Sherman the Seer??? Filing it under profits is probably a more accurate
description of reality then the current load of crap.
