I really didn't know how to take the original post to which Howard refers. It
wasn't funny, so must not have been a joke. Can anyone verify that these
observations were factual? If they are, it would certainly seem to indicate
that Rehnquist is mentally incompetent, and this would mean that we would have
one hell of a problem with the impeachment trial. Wonder if there is an appeal
process associated with an impeachment removal? The Constitution itself
doesn't specify any, but I would predict that Clinton would try it, and if
Rehnquist is in fact incompetent, he would have good grounds. Geeze!
