TO COMBAT TERRORISM" Citizens of the United States of America, like it or not, we are smack in the middle stages of a coup attempt by an unholy alliance of the military/industrial complex and the racist-gun/drug profiteering-hypocritical-intrusive government-Republicans (Barr, Lott, DeLay, et. all), the CIA, the FBI, the Justice Department, hereafter referred to as the <!-- Font Tag -->"Dark Force" and the compliant mainstream press. Everything is right on schedule for the plotters and fascilitators. Call them the New Millenium Mafia, the Cosa-Up-Your-Nostra, the Coup-makers are working full-time and have something up their sleeve that could be coming to a big city near you! What's happened so far? What's really behind the impeachment and constitutional coup? And why are the Republicans so confident in playing this out to the very end? Attempts to destroy Clinton's Presidency, the office of the Presidency, the Constitution, the Independent Counsel Law, impeachment process and meaning, Individual civil rights, the Grand Jury system and the sovereignty of civilian control over the military are happening right before our "Monicagate" blurred vision. These Dark Forces described above have taken many recent steps to accomplish their goal, a complete takeover, or takedown, if you will of the American Government. No longer do they remove Presidents or candidates or political and social leaders by assassination in broad daylight, the Dark Force have perfected other means and this time they mean business! Why is anyone surprised that the impeachment has gone this path, and what is the story behind the headlines? Important point number one: The "Monicagate" impeachment of Bill Clinton is only a SMOKESCREEN, America. Wake up, before it's too late. Here are the details! Fact: A New York Times, dated Thursday, January 28, 1999, story leads with this headline, "Pentagon Seeks Command For Emergencies in the U.S.-Clinton Seems Likely to Approve New Plan." It reads, "The Pentagon has decided to ask President Clinton for the power to appoint a military leader for the continental United States because of what it sees as a growing threat of major terrorist strikes on American soil, Defense Department officials say." The Pentagon says in the article that they will only be used for "relief work" and "homeland defense". Isn't there an organization called FEMA to deal with emergencies and the FBI and the massive Justice Department to defend against terrorism? The article then went on to conclude that "top White House officials have reacted favorably, characterizing the proposed step as a relatively minor adjustment of the lines of military authority and organization." Yes, minor, if you imagine that the Constitution implicitly bans any such power given to the military under any circumstance. The ever-present ACLU was quoted smartly by the authors of the article, William J. Broad and Judith Miller, noting in a well-spoken reply to the Pentagon's request, according to Gregory T. Nojeim, a Washington legislative counsel for the organization, "The danger is in the inevitable expansion of that authority so the military gets involved in things like arresting people and investigating crimes. Soldiers are trained to kill, not to respect the nuances of law enforcement. It's hard to believe that a soldier with a suspect in the sights of his M-1 tank is well positioned to protect that person's civil liberties." The articles goes on, "by law, the military cannot make arrests or act in civil law enforcement. The Posse Comitatus Act, passed after the Civil War to reign in the military, bars Federal Troops from doing police work within U.S. borders." When asked, Senator Sam Nunn said that the military already has authorization to intercede in cases of nuclear terrorism, (enacted under Reagan). He was the sponsor of a little known provision (gee, that's funny, did you hear about that one?) that gives the Pentagon power to step in domestically in the event of chemical and germ attacks. The story is this. Do you think that there might just be a reason beind the timing of these stories, including today's story about the appointment of a "general commander" of US forces in case of "terrorist attack?" Could it be that there is a reason the military just recently asked and received the largest peacetime budget since the Cold War? Could it be that the military is putting the squeeze on Clinton and Congress to pass these recent attempts at increasing military power, something so blatantly against the Constitutional protection citizens are supposed to have against unwarranted influence by military rule in our own country against our own people? Has the Dark Force decided that this is the perfect time for a move to create such havoc as to put the final hammer down on an Orwellian police state all free people must fear? Read today's NYTimes story in its entirety and watch the movie "The Seige" again. Is "The Seige" about to become reality. The Dark Force has decided to continue with the impeachment of the President Clinton no matter what the "political" cost. Why? Becuase there is a deeper and not-so-hidden agenda behind the whole matter, the declaration of "martial law" due to a "terrorist attack" in the continental United States. Scenario: Weeks or days after the final decision on Clinton's impeachment, likely to not remove him from office, there is a terrorist attack in the United States. If Clinton approves the recent Pentagon proposal, then it may be averted. However, if he doesn't act quick, the Pentagon blackmailing him in essence, then the attack goes ahead, more than likely, an agent provacateur action, something to the effect of a gas attack, germ warfare or maybe another bombing. (Does recent history tell us something about this?) Then, further Draconian laws are passed through the Republican controlled Senate and House, with most Democrats following along, not wanting to be soft on "terrorism". Sound familiar? Does Waco and Oklahoma City ring a bell? Maybe, you say? Well, this one could be the "real deal." After the terrorist action, with the new Pentagon U.S. commander ruling in place now turned loose on American soil to root out the "terrorists" among us, we have a "state of seige" in effect. All of those who are anti-government will be under suspicion of plotting terrorist action or as Reagan did to spy on those who dare oppose his Nicaraguan war against the Sandanistas. Those who organize protests against such "seige" action are also arrested for "national security". Anyone caught with "bomb making material", literature, web sites, email messages, revolutionary speech, suspicous funds, contacts with "terrorist" organizations, any and all actions that could be alleged towards an individual or organization that might connect to "terrorist" activity, would thus be subject to not only FBI, CIA and NSA intelligence, but now from the Defense Intelligence Agency, an organization with a bigger budget than the CIA. And under extreme circumstances you have a Pentagon commander leading anti-terrorism forces in the streets of America! Bruce Willis would be a perfect candidate! These are interesting times! I would be willing to bet that this rather pessimistic scenario could be playing out. I"m not used to being such a pessimist, or a betting man, but believe me. Reality is setting in unfortunately, as this impeachment smokescreen has taken shape. Damn, I used to love at least a few things about this country, but it's going down fast. Y2K is going to be a picnic compared to this, and probably a good source for further chaos and confusion. I would suggest that you write your Congressmen and Congresswomen now, as well as the President, urging them to not allow such obvious Constitutional violation as having the boldness to name a "military commander" of the continental US. This is brazenly unconstitutional and criminal behavior on the part of our elected officials and military. What major news organization is covering this groundbreaking historical proposal, this Constitutional challenge? No one on CNN or Fox or CBS or NBC gave it a sentence that I could see. Look on their Web sites? Nothing to be found. Not too surprising, as the real issues of the impeachment get short stay on the talk shows, in fact, none at all. Where is even one of what could be called a "liberal" commentator on TV networks these days? I'm concerned that public radio is not doing very well either, and that includes Pacifica. Well, it's not going to be exposed unless we realize there is something a bit more sinister than just a cultural/generational grudge against Clinton going on. This "slight-of-hand constitutional" coup is taking place under the cover of "Monicagate". It's constitutional piracy and plundering with a definite purpose. It's way beyond removing Clinton, it's given the military, CIA, NSA, NASA group of conspirators an opening they've never had before. A removal of a PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, the only elected officer that stands in their way, the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, a civilian head of the military government. The people's office is threatened with military blackmail with this new proposal. There is no greater threat to our liberty, personal freedom, representative democracy that one could imagine at this point in our history! What are YOU going to do about it? 1. Organize massive marches on Washington and in your hometown. March for two reasons, to stop impeachment hearings, but most importantly to stop the further intrusion of the real BIG GOVERNMENT, not the ones that the Orwellian Republicans speak of. We must remove all of corrupted Senate and House members by election or public takeover of their offices if our liberties and freedoms continue to be assaulted and blackmailed away. Let Washington and the Pentagon you know all about military takeovers, martial law, silent coups, media manipulation, and most importantly the CONSTITUTION. They really believe we've forgotten what it's all about. Listen to the Republicans talk about the public opinion polls on the impeachment. Bill Bennett said today, about as directly as I have heard, that the American people "have it all wrong". His book "End of Outrage" is incorrect. We are "outraged" at you and YOUR friends behavior PIOUS Mr. Drug War BILL! We have a Constitution to protect us and recent attempts are an obvious attempt at overthrowing the protections we as citizens are supposed to have. 2. Join third party, Green or other progressive movements. These must be organized immediately to counter this complete sellout of the American way of liberty, life and the pursuit of happiness to the Dark Force. It's certainly time to elect citizens, not lawyers or corporate big wigs and lobbyists to high offices who will not stand up for the few civil and legal rights we have left in this country. It's time for all good men and women to stand up for what is left of the United States of America. The supposed "land of the free and the home of the brave" is quickly becoming the "land of the spooks and the home of the slaves." The Corporacracy of the Dark Force is at the gate! 3. Write letters to major newspapers and your local independent papers, demanding coverage of these matters, which are being overshadowed by the impeachment issue. The Dark Force is taking no prisoners in this takeover. Be aware, organize, write, send email, put it on your Web site. Get the word out, this is serious. 4. Read! Stay informed! Cruise the Web for news! Talk to your friends, people on the streets, in the coffeehouses, in the libraries, on the streetcorner to what is taking shape. Become political .
