First I want to say that the fast overwhelming majority of individual
Catholics are good and decent people, righteous, honest and well
meaning. So too, in fact, are some members of the Catholic clergy, a
few of whom even may work in the Vatican itself though clearly not in
positions of real power.
But the Catholic Church as an enemy of modern banking!?! Get real. The
Catholic Church INVENTED modern banking, primarily to facilitate the
transfer to Europe of the swag from it's wholesale depradation of the
Levant and it's virtual monopoly on piracy in the Mediterranean during

Actually, any frank account of the Vatican bank/P-2 Lodge scandal will
quickly dissipate any illusions about the Church's much proclaimed and
little practiced opposition to Freemasonry.
As for Pius XI, consider his extremely lucrative deal with Mussolini.
This fascist's accomplice but set the stage for the criminal collusion
with the Hitler and his minions that characterized the roll of his
successor Pius XII in WWII and it's aftermath. Check out the roll
Pius XII and his henchmen played in facilitating the wholesale escape
of the SS and other Nazi war criminals and the transfer of NSDAP
treasury (tooth gold and all) to safe havens in Latin America. This
was called "The Ratline," and not without good reason. It relied
heavily on Vatican passports and safe houses. Read any bio of Klause

While you're checking out the Vatican/Nazi collusion, be sure to read
up on the Ustashi death camps. The history of the Ustashi sheds much
light on modern Serb "paranoia" on the ongoing carnage in the
contemporary Balkan quagmire.
Then there's the current pope, current it appears, due primarily to
the assassination of his immediate predecessor. I have already
addressed his deep and long standing Nazi connections in my recent
post entitled "The Company They Keep." I recommend it highly. The
author HAS done his homework.
Aside from that I'd like to say that money itself, not one money
system or another, lies at the very root of most of the world
problems. It can no more be "reformed" than can cannibalism. What are
you going to do, only eat strangers and then it's OK? Cannibalism is
cannibalism, no matter who eats whom. So too it is with the money
system, ANY money system. Paper or gold, it's all the same thing, the
commodification of our time, the very stuff of life itself. As long as
our time is a commodity, WE are commodities, livestock, no more and
no less. Any call for economic reform that excludes the universal
renunciation of money is but (yet another) proposal that we renounce
our just claim to our land and our labor and settle instead for bigger
cages and longer chains. We'd all be best off if we burned the damned
stuff in great heaps in town squares the world over, danced circles
around them until the flames guttered and then got on with our lives.
Read Acts 2:44. Put Acts 2:24 into practice. Practice REAL Christian
economics in your own lives. THEN lecture the rest of us on how to
live ours. In the the meantime, spare us your blatant hypocrisy. Your
lies and distortions of history, to say nothing of the gaping
omissions, we could get along fine without, too. In fact, do us all a
big favor, just sit down and be quiet. We've heard quite enough from
people like you to last several lifetimes. Your fanciful, self serving
fabrications serve only to rob us of our past, our rightful
possession. We NEED our past. We need to know where we're coming from.
If we don't know where we're coming from, we don't know where going.
If we don't know where we're coming from AND we don't know where we're
going, we don't know where we ARE. If we don't know where we are we
are, by defination, LOST, in which case I ask you, QUE BONO?
