That's what I asked in my post of Dyncorp's OTHER ad for police officers
in Bosnia...I got an answer from Scott Bergeson, which I unfortunately did
NOT save, where he did a search that turned up that Dyncorp was one of the
original designers of Arpanet, the precursor to the Internet, and also
turned up an article from last November reporting Dyncorp's signing a
contract to work with the Justice Department to provide security...but
nothing was mentioned in the article about Dyncorp provided OVERSEAS
security, nor why they would be seeking to take local cops from the U.S.
and place them in foreign posts...
