[response to J. Hoffa's memo of today following]
Dr. Kincheloe spoke at our first Global Crisis Solutions Conference on June
1, 1997, at UC Santa Barbara about his involvement in testing the Sunburst
Homopolar Generator or n-Machine. Yes, this is the first one I witnessed
testing in summer 1979 during period DOE also sent a team. Some details and
story about this are on GEAR2000 website. As documented on DePalma's site,
the results that summer showed an incremental, but not overall, overunity
effect with incremental output to input ratios of between 5 to 20 to one.
Since then two others who have replicated favorable results are Drs. Inomata
of Japan and Tewari of India. In part, I believe, due to fear for his
safety after Nov '80 CIA attributed death threat, DePalma never did produce
an overall "overunity" device to my knowledge. More intriguing to me are
his other experiments documenting previously unsuspected influences of
rotation on physical properties, ie, changes in inertial and gravitational
behavior of rotating objects in addition to his n-princliple, an independent
rediscovery of Faraday's homopolar principle (ie, not induction) with the
additional insight of its energy coming from an energy field in space itself
that could be harnessed for "free energy" generators.
As it happened I was the one who began circulating the Kincheloe report and
introduced Kincheloe and DePalma after Kincheloe did that report of 1986
after the Sunburst founder had him take a look at that machine which was
previously confiscated from DePalma in a disagreement over how the
information should be used.
I am also quite swamped with stuff to do here so if you care to look for
more details at the websites I mentioned it would save me going on and on.
DePalma's assistant the last ten years of his life, Andrew Mount, is also
someone I introduced to Bruce and Andrew is now in the SF Bay area and we
are collaborating on resurrecting DePalma Institute in context of a new
energy research facility here in Tehachapi at Capital Hills. If you want to
correspond with Andrew let me know and I will send you his email address.
The normally reclusive Adam Trombly appears in the new HAARP video described
at my website and he told me on the phone two years ago that he has had in
operation for several years a solid state overunity free energy device that
he an another developed subsequent to the Trombly/Kahn internationally
patented closed path homopolar generator, but he said he is still secretive
about all this, as are many others in this field, due to his having survived
41 attempts on his life over the past decade or so. His website at Project
