LOL! No one is being paid by anyone --at least not on this end. It's a genuine
concern on the part of many Americans, including myself, to protect the U.S. from
any rogue missile attack.
It's also important to protect the U.S. from terrorist attacks other than the
missile-type.
And, from what I understand, an SDI-type defense would handle SCUD attacks as
well.
