So why hasn't this story been covered by the TV networks? When that black
man, James Byrd, was killed by those white guys it was the #1 story in the
news media, yet this story of reverse racist murder has barely been
mentionned by the same news media that paraded the Byrd story for weeks on
end
I must conclude that the respective ways in which these two stories were
handled by our major media outlets attest to their political correctness.
I also think it makes a good argument against so-called hate crime
legislation,
which would cause the feds to get involved whenever a white-on-black crime
was committed, but not the reverse.
The overwhelming bias of the news media in favor of hate-crime legislation
has been transparently demonstrated by their virtually ignoring the black
power group's murder of a white man. If they had covered this story as they
covered the Byrd incident, such coverage would have caused the American public
to think twice about the virtues of hate crime legislation. And this is
something the news media, with its politically-correct agenda, would not want
to happen.
