I am unsure as to why this person did not post the information in it's
entirety;
in so doing--and no matter how consuming or technically accurate, the data
winds up appearing only to be that which might lay the groundwork for a
second rate Sci-Fi conspiracy novel.
(Since 2nd rate Sci-Fi writer Whitley Strieber has already found a niche with
his target audience and his "aliens", maybe there is some *other* lousy writer
out there who desires to profiteer by exploiting this X-File opportunity).
