Not true, only one kidney was removed and it was the one allegedly sent to
Lusk but the origin and provenance of the "Lusk kidney" have been in
tremendous dispute ever since, it was never saved and the medical
examiners could never decide if it came from an alchoholic or not which
would be extremely important in tracing it to its alleged source. Also two
ears weren't cut off, one was nicked and the other was scarred from an
infection that set in after piercing or something akin and wasn't recent.
Also none of the autopsy photos show a nose having been cut off one of the
victims.
