Nakano replies:
If it were only that Joshua...only that.
As the Church Senate Committee Report states
{paraphrased} -
"The United States has existed under a continuous
Declared State of Emergency since 1933."
This means the U.S. Constitution has been suspended
since 1933.
This means the president, whoever he is, has
extraordinary powers...very nearly full dictatorial
powers.
This means a "government of, by, and for the People"
has been inoperative since 1933.
We see the government doing all sorts of things
that we know are "unconstitutional".
How can they do this?
It's really simple.
The Constitution is largely not in effect.
Imagine a new Congressperson goes off to Washington.
He or she is "gonna clean up this mess".
They are going to work to "set things right".
They get to Washington, and quickly learn that
the government they thought they were going to
be a part of, is not the government that is running
the country.
They quickly learn "how the cow ate the cabbage".
If they want to stick around, they are forced to
play the game. Since the pay, the perks, and the
priviliges are great....they want to stick around.
The Executive is runninging the country under
"Emergency Powers" via "Executive Orders".
The Congress is little more than a debating forum
for the political parties.
If you doubt this, look at this hard fact.
Under the Constitution, only Congress has the
power to make war.
When was the last time Congress declared war?
The answer is...........1941.
How many wars has the United States fought since
1941?
A bunch!
It's a very long list.
Included on that list are Korea and Vietnam.
Bottom line is, under the "Declared State of
Emergency"
a president can do just about any damn thing they
want.
We continue to have elections to maintain the
illusion that this is still a Constitutional Republic.
