Executive Orders are of course UNconstitutional; and as they
circumvent the Constitution itself, it would be irrelevant whether
or not the Constitution attempted to regulate them.
Executive Orders are NOT limited to only addressing "land issues".
As example:
Executive Order 9066 signed by insider Franklin Delano Roosevelt
on February 19, 1942, gave the U.S. Army unprecedented powers
over civilians and allowed the removal of all persons of Japanese
ancestry--who lived on the west coast of the U.S.--to internment
camps during World War II. We are not talking about simply
moving these people a few blocks down the street.
Japanese Californians were relocated as far as
any of the following locations might take them:
1) Tule Lake, California
2) Manzanar, California
3) Poston, Arizona
4) Gila, Arizona
5) Topaz, Utah
6) Minidoka, Idaho
7) Heart Mountain, Wyoming
8) Granada, Colorado
9) Rohwer, Arkansas
10) Jerome, Arkansas
The majority of the approximately 120,000 Japanese who were detained,
were BORN in the United States of America. They were not immigrants.
When talk surfaces of the "secret" prison camps being erected TODAY,
many people say, "That would NEVER happen in America"...
Our laughter only escapes in a sigh as
we realize their lack of knowledge...
.......of their own American history.
BTW, this E.O. 9066 was not rescinded until Feb 19, 1976; and
this, only after the scuttle that came about when some people
realized it was still on the books and made a stink about it.
Another interesting point:
When the moment in time arrived, for those of Japanese ancestry
to "report in" for their relocation....you would never guess WHERE
they were supposed to report in to....
All people of Japanese ancestry were ordered to report
to their local MASONIC HALL for further instructions.
Now *thats* brotherly love for ya.
