Time"
website at http://harvest-trust.org. Last year, the Feds clashed will the
Coop when he refused to file or pay income taxes, on the basis that they had
no legal authority to. So far, he remains free, which bolsters his
contention. Whether it is because the Feds know they'd lose a legal battle
or
merely want to avoid another Ruby Ridge can be debated, but either case, his

The response due to Lazarus' interview on the
Howard Stern show on Thursday February 18th swamped our service provider (in
fact shut it down, over 3 million hits in 4 hours) but we are back up now.
We have been working to change web site hosts and servers so this doesn't

Since our headquarters are in the US, The Securities and Exchange Commission
SEC has informed us that we may no longer offer to repay the $1500 minimum
which we have required to be invited to become a citizen of New Utopia
According to them, Nominees may contribute to their new country, but when we
offer to repay it, we are then dealing in a security. Therefore, from now on
the requirement will be a contribution (1,500 minimum) to our new country
in order to be invited to become a citizen. Citizenship information is
below. We must also make very clear, per the SEC that US citizens may not
purchase our infrastructure bonds as they have not been registered with the
SEC. These are only available on the international market.
There has been a delay in printing the currency ($1,000 bills) we had
offered as collectors items. So we are withdrawing the offer until we get a
firm delivery date. This program has not been canceled, but will be
activated later this year.

There have been a number of delays as any project of this magnitude can
expect, (but somehow you never do) but now we are ready to begin with the
construction which is expected to begin in late April or early May..
We will have major TV news stories in May "48 Hours" The associated Press,
BBC, German and French TV have all signed up for a press meeting and to
film some of the initial construction. Look Magazine called and said they
are doing a 2 page story in May. This is probably a lot more than you wanted
but I will paste some information here you should find interesting.
We are located on mountain peaks which are rock There is a under water
mountain range which runs from the southern part of Cuba through where the
Cayman Islands are, (they are on peaks of the same range) we are on the
other end of it. Yes they are very solid.
Here are some images of the submerged mountain peaks which make up the
territory of New Utopia. It is interesting to note that the area where we
will start construction is almost flat rock surface with a dusting of sand,
but no coral As you scan down through the images it will become clear what
the surface is like. Each square is about 25 square miles. You will also be
able to see the depth.

Unlike the Pacific and the New England coast, the water where we are is very
calm, like glass most of the time. Our high tide is between 6 and 10 inches
depending on the season Hurricanes as a worse case, can be expected on
average of once every 7 years, (we have tracking charts dating back to 1834)
but the wind and rain have no bad effect on the concrete and steel
buildings. Think of the worse news story you ever saw about hurricane
damage. The high rise office and condo buildings were not what was damaged.
They (the hurricanes) can't cause floods or mud slides where we are, like
those which devastated Central America The platforms will be 10 feet above
the surface so if there are storm surges they will pass under them.
The Cayman Islands, 115 miles to our east went 60 years between their last
two hurricanes. So the once every 7 years is conservative. Having said
that, yes the buildings must be designed to withstand the wind, but that is
the responsibility of the architects and engineers who design a given
building for the developer who will build it. The technology is the same as
a freeway bridge over a river with a lot less abuse than
all the traffic. These are the same building foundations as all the coastal
development in Florida. They must build exactly like this with the pilings
because of the high water table. Every high rise building in Miami for
instance is built in just this manner.
When you make a contribution to the New Utopian government (Minimum $1,500)
you will be invited to become a citizen. Passports and documents for family
members are $24 each. This will probably change in the near future, when
