While we Slept

"I'm the commander see, I don't need to explain I do not need to explain why I say
things. That's the interesting thing about being the president. Maybe somebody needs
to explain to me why I say something, but I don't feel like I owe anybody an
explanation." Bush the Current King of the Demented [my phrasing, not Mr. Woodward's]
in Bob Woodward's Bush at War.

After spending the last 30 plus days nearly around the clock in the attempt to protect
rights against known tyrants, the articles read when taking a break from writing
briefs have fallen into the line of a judge ruling this, the Supreme Court ruling
that, a governor ruling the other, cops arresting people for displaying the desire for
peace, cops attacking people demonstrating against Bush's intent to slaughter Iraqis,
Bush making thoroughly stupid statements such as the above, and even something some
political subdivision has done resulting in trespassing on the rights of people.

The question that kept nagging at me as the drivel was read is, what the heck is the
matter with people? Somehow, everything has been turned upside down and inside out in
this union of states. What was expressly forbidden now forbids what was expressly
permitted.

Do you know that you do not have to obey any law made by man? Not legislators, not
judges, not enforcers, not the Supreme Court, and most certainly not the dummies now
running the US Government Corporation, can make a law governing the people. Like it or
not, the laws of God govern us. Atheists may not like this but it is the fairest law
that is always Just, a condition sorely lacking in the courts of America today.

Take the 9th Circuit Court please and send them where they belong out of this
country and out of our minds. Understand this. If you want to use under God' or 'in
the name of God' or whatever, say the pledge of allegiance containing it, wear a
T-shirt with 'Burn Bush' on it, or whatever, you can do so.

But, of course, people should watch what they pledge to. Such is a sacred oath that
is when 'under God.' And, a sacred oath to a piece of cloth and body politic could
be construed as worshipping false idols. But, what do I know I just left the realm
of being agnostic about a year and a half ago.

Regardless, if your kids want to pray in school and use the phrase 'under God,' tell
them to go ahead. It doesn't matter if some non-Christian feels offended that is his
problem. He isn't harmed by it and if the school expels enough kids for praying, so
what. Start your own school. And, if the school administration doesn't like it so
what? Just who the hell is a school administrator other than a hired worker for the
people? So, if he attacks kids for their beliefs, then fire him.

This man is a certified teacher that couldn't stand public indoctrination institutions
and what they are doing to dummy down Americans so he left the field as a lost cause.
But he loves to teach and is sure there are others like him who would teach in your
school as long as no federal funds or dummies of the current school administrative ilk
are hired.

If it were done in my area, I would teach for little more than a couple of meals a
day. And, I'll damn sure guarantee the kids will come out knowing the principles this
nation was founded on and the utter corruptness in all levels of government. And
they'll know how to read. And write. And they would know especially how to confront
any officials that get out of line.

As an added note, before you throw the administrator out the door, tell don't ask
the school administration to show and explain to you the complete audit for the body
politic known as the public school district. This is not the budget - it is the annual
audit required of political entities and other corporations. Don't take any of his
glib responses. Pay attention to special funds, reserve funds, money in various
special bank accounts [time deposits and the like,] T-bills, government bonds,
retirement, other special accounts, and make him answer to each. Then, throw him out.

As for T-shirts against Bush, here's my take. Bush is a totally out-of-control tyrant,
mad with power because he has the protection of thousands of trained killers and all
of major corporate America. He is like the biggest dummy kid on the block because of
their own lack of self-respect goes around bullying other kids, especially those
smaller than him except Bush's madness and his lack of self-respect kills people and
destroys thousands of other lives in the process.

So, if you disagree with him and find him extremely offensive as the highest official
of the US Government, then say so loud and clear. If he can't stand the heat as
Clinton did, then he should get out of the kitchen. In fact, if he believed in God as
he says, he would resign for violating all of God's laws. This man thinks he's God's
messenger or something. Anti-Christ, maybe God's worker, hardly.

It seems the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals also upheld a California Supreme Court
ruling that "Alameda County has the authority to prohibit the operation of gun shows
held on its property, and, at least to that extent, may ban possession of guns on its
property."

Do you know how utterly stupid, unlawful, and illegal this ruling is? Without getting
complicated about it and spouting off dozens and dozens of rulings to the contrary, it
is in error because county governments don't own property. The people own it. It is
PUBLIC property that may be regulated. But, no regulation can be repugnant to the
Constitution. Man, you people in the 9th Circuit need to get rid of those judges.

Read your copy of the U.S. Constitution. Read especially Article VI, Clauses two and
three, and the 2nd Amendment. Yes, Virginia, amendments are part of the Constitution
via Article V.

And then there is the hubbub about the Confederate Flag, even here in Missouri. If the
people in a town/state want to fly the Confederate Flag over a public building they
own, it is none of the government's business. And no governor can make a law to the
contrary.

He can try to reason [seems impossible for Missouri's wannabe king, Holden, though]
but he cannot make it a law he has no law making authority. Oh, did I mention
statutes and ordinances are not 'law' but are only regulations placed on artificial
entities. [See Chapter I, Section 1.020[11] RSMo, the U.S. Constitution, Missouri
Constitution, and the huge number of Supreme Court rulings that 'person' in law
applies only to artificial entities, not flesh and blood people.] If I had any money I
would keep replacing Confederate Flags over historical Civil War markers and the like.

Helping governors and courts get by with such nonsense is the fact that most people do
not have the slightest idea of what really caused the Civil War and which flag
represented oppression/tyranny and which represented freedom. They still think even
with the trainloads of verifiable information to the contrary that the Confederate
Flag symbolized slavery and oppression. What nonsense.

So, I'll be called a bunch of names and threatened by the ignorant for pointing out
that the US Military Flag [Old Glory] was the flag of domination and oppression. Big
deal. What can others do beat me up [has happened before] or kill me [hasn't
happened yet but I don't fear it] or call me a bunch of names? The latter has happened
many times but I do wish the foul-mouthed would invent new names the names and
phrases being used are getting old and have lost their entertainment quality.

Anyway, if you people want to fly the Confederate Flag over historical landmarks, then
by God go ahead and fly it. This is our land it is not owned by them. WE own the
buildings the government is in. WE pay the utilities. WE pay them although we
shouldn't be since to a man/woman they commit treasons daily. And, it is WE who
foolishly let them keep their jobs.

So fly it high and If any enforcer of law objects or attempts to take the Confederate
Flag down, throw his treasonous rear in jail, convene a court of the people, try him
for treason, and then hang him so that all other enforcers of law can see him with his
eyes bugging out and his pants full of dung. Do the same with every official violating
our rights and destroying liberty and see how quickly the enforcers, courts, and
legislators get back into line.

Quit fearing the people in government. Stop fearing their law enforcers. Stop fearing
judges and prosecuting attorneys. The only way they can enforce their stupid rules on
the American people is if the American people let them. That is ultimately the only
source of power that which each man or woman surrenders to another. Don't surrender
and others don't have any power.

And, of course, governments will use arms to force compliance. If they do, you have
the right nay, you have the duty to use arms to protect yourself when all else
fails. Many of us will be incarcerated and/or killed but while incarcerated one can
still build support against the government's actions. And if enough of us are, then
maybe the balance will begin waking up to the realities being forced upon us. Of
course, that would mean they would have to get their heads out of wherever they keep
them to avoid the truth.

Besides, just think if maybe 1,750,000 inmates found out corrupted judges jailed them
illegally, amorally, and unlawfully. The judges had the help of Bar attorneys
[prosecuting Bar attorneys especially but this is another story that is slowly outing]
and enforcers that got the conviction just so they could steal so-called criminals'
property and/or generate additional revenues that State entities can spend as they
wish.

There is much more that should be written, things that are now understand as clear as
crystal, but the writer just noticed that this was getting long so several pages were
deleted. Anyway, to sum it up, see if you can figure out who said the following [this
was received in an email lacking the name of the writer making the comparison.]
"...the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All
you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for
lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any
country."

And

"To those who scare peace-loving people with phantoms of lost liberty, my message is
this: Your tactics only aid terrorists, for they erode our national unity and diminish
our resolve."

Give up. Well, the 1st statement is a quote from Hitler's right hand man, Hermann
Goering, explaining at his war crimes trial how easily he and his fellow Nazis
hijacked Germany's democratic government.

And, the 2nd statement is a quote from Bush the Demented's right hand man, John
Ashcroft, defending the Patriot Act and explaining why dissenters will no longer be
tolerated in the age of terrorism.

I will dissent right up to my last breadth. Besides, Ashcroft is so stupid he doesn't
know there isn't any national unity and not even millions involved in demonstrations
against war can convince him unity doesn't exist. He is blind and deaf to the millions
that are against killing innocent people to get one tyrant while the US Government
finances other and worst tyrants [Sharon, for one.]

Bush and Ashcroft cannot tell we millions what to do or not to do. Their only power is
the power of arms. This is the same at all levels of government. Remove this power and
they are as helpless as babes [meaning relatively new born people] in the woods.

We also have the power of arms but unlike the federal, State, and local governments,
we tend to shy away from the use of arms to protect our rights while they freely shoot
and kill innocent after innocent to steal our rights. Why do we feel this adversity to
the use of arms? Simple. We might get hurt or killed and fighting back disrupts our
lives.

So, just roll over and let these few command us as if we are their subjects. Obey
their stupid rules as if they are laws. I think not. We are not subjects or slaves to
them at least we aren't supposed to be.

For liberty's sake a concept most people haven't a clue to [including the jackasses
in the executive branch] we must at some point decide our beliefs of liberty are
worth defending, especially against the only threat known, a threat from within. Or
are our beliefs in freedom just rhetoric? We know with Bush and his bunch that freedom
is just rhetoric but how about yourself?

People, we must wake up and accept that there is not a level of government that isn't
treasonous. Every person in government who does 'his job' as he railroads innocent
people is a traitor and doesn't know what his job in fact is. Or he ignores his actual
duties to further himself politically and financially. Either is cause for removal
from office and usually cause for heavy fines and imprisonment, or even execution.

So, if those in government pass the second patriot act and don't repeal the first,
then stand as a group and say not no but 'HELL NO, you treasonous bastards. We are not
going to obey your rules, as you have no authority over we the people. Keep your
Homeland Insecurity rules out of our states and your federal thugs away from our
people.

And think about this. How many in government and its many spokespeople have any
concept of what they actually say? Take Bush in the above quote. In case you missed
it, what did he really say with this phrase 'Maybe somebody needs to explain to me
why I say something?'

Well, Folks, what he really said is that he doesn't know why he says something or even
what the something he said means. No wonder his controllers don't often let him speak
on his own. He is just a parrot a puppet to his higher order. And the higher order
controlling him isn't God, by the way.

Well, neither Bush nor any person in government is above the laws of this land and our
Creator. Those in government in fact have hundreds of thousands of rules and
regulations meant to control them, not the people. We need to either use their rules
to rid our people of them or we need to start fighting back with arms.

I would rather it be the former but if the necessity of the latter becomes fact, then
this 57-year-old man that at age 17 held his oath to defend this country against all
invasions foreign or domestic sacred, still holds it sacred and will once again rise
to the occasion. And it becomes more certain daily that the occasion will arise.

Bush is out of control. He has no idea of God's laws or the meaning of liberty.

Cheney just can't say enough bad about this guy. Easier to list the positive well,
that's done.

Ashcroft is out of control. He has no idea of God's laws relation to liberty no matter
how many Bibles he stomps.

Rumsfeld well, this guy is just a warmongering idiot who hasn't the brains of a
pissant. He understands only blowing people apart. He is as blood thirsty as a
rampaging serial killer or one of those people that's gone postal at their work place.
He just uses indoctrinated Americans to do the killing for him while he sits back
sipping his bourbon or whatever.

To make a long list short, the people in governments of all levels are all out of
control. Nothing matters to them except more money stolen from the people and
increased Gestapo tactics used against the people. They have placed them selves as
being kings over men, of holding sovereignty when the fact is they are nothing more
than servants paid to do a job by the sovereign people. They are failing at their jobs
as none have any idea of the meaning of God's laws or of liberty.

They are fools and jackals.

And you who blindly support them because of party politics or whatever are also fools
and jackals.

So what happened while we slept? America known at one time as the Land of Kings
because every man was a king over himself and his property was overtaken and
conquered.
