Any real journalist ought to quickly uncover Potomac Valley TRACON, which puts Andrews as FAA flight control and being on the same electronic page with Dulles and Reagan National. Then go into decentralized established procedures and debunk the NORAD centralization false chain of command for restricted airspace and hijacking matters.   Drills confounded a strawman of an imaginary centralization process. I consider it no more than equally tangential to mention that the Potomac Valley TRACON has been moved to a central location which was an Army electronic warfare center previously, Vint Hill Station. That really puts Andrews on the same page as Dulles.
