I am back at my explanation to Sammy concerning Admiral Michael Boorda.
This will form a general background concerning the media's reaction,
both to Boorda and flight 800. Again, I place the responsibility for
the deaths of those 230 squarely upon the media.
(Before I forget, I made yet another error. Armenians in my house on
Look Street? They were not from the staff of the US Rep who wrote the
letter to Secretary Cohen. Umm, I have a dreadful time with these
names..., not starting with a 'T' and rhyming with 'traffic' as in
traffic cop, but a U.S Senator from N.J.; starting with a 'T', but
sounding more like an Italian pasta type..., ending in, I think,
'elli'. But, I think was then a Representative, not a Senator.)
Notes:
I most likely would not choose Pollard to show injustice now. I
would be fighting too much the 'emotional bonding' of the American group
mind as programed by mass media. However, because it is there, (and
perhaps our number three to the lsoft would assist us with the
microfiche), understand that the real hot point was his being too
forward in his thinking. Only once in the New York Times was something
mentioned concerning his thinking. The word 'China' was in that
sentence. Do correct me if I am wrong, librarian.
That the Office of Naval Intelligence was involved with Koslov in
California and Washington, and involved with the assault on me after the
interrogation in Groton was an assumption of mine. Naval Investigative
Service in confusion and reluctance put me in some party's clutches
before that assault. In retrospect it could well have been BATF or
other. Though Special Agent Michael Lawrence, Naval Intelligence,
Newport was involved in the Walker/Witworth cover-up. That is first
hand, not an assumption. There the US Navy had to be involved. The
rest assumption, but if I had to pick one more that the others, it would
be Treasury.
Marshall Houston should have a particular interest in WRENCH. There
is some detail concerning how the coming Balkan war was tried back in
1994. Before some party (dankashane) threw something in the gears.
Didn't get rachetted up.
I am concerned that my prose will get scrambled, as some posting are
with sentences that run off the page. I have tried to contact LSoft 800
'list owner' so that my own postings are sent to me also. No reply. As
I would be far more concerned with my poetic endeavors here posted, let
me post a little doggerel and see what happens. Perhaps some gentleman
here will let me know if either or both is getting scrambled or not.
           Rose hips is our flower
                >From far far strange China;
It spread from a wreck near our shore.
Now deep in our hearts comes a song from old China,
The secret of old China lore....

"Listen, be quiet, put finger to lips:
Our rose is from China, the rose of rose hips.
This rose is the secret from old Emperor Wu Tui:
The secret of wars that kept apart you and me.
But high in the clouds where the Old Sailor walks
They wait for the day when a new China talks."

First little bit of WRENCH follows. Hang in there for a few more
postings. You'll be glad you did.

WRENCH

     By Michael Donovan
     Mailed September 23 1993

Dear Madam, Kind sir,

You haven't heard it all. I will tell you things that are not new, but
different. Different in that it will give you a small bit of the
perspective reserved just for rulers. A perspective that you do not now
have. After World War II the person best in military intelligence in
the west, in this case naval intelligence, was not made head of the
CIA. He was made head of Time Magazine. He could not write, and he
could not edit, but that was not his job. Hedley Donovan's job was to
know the 'big picture'. Later in life he quietly served on President
Carter's cabinet, again with just the job of watching this 'big
picture'. There were things that he taught my Father, Jeremiah Donovan,
while at Time, which I wish to pass on to you. (No, no relation, and no
relation to 'Wild Bill' either.)
So, even if in assured privilege, without any excess baggage of pride,
you still consider yourself among the elite; I insist again, you have
not heard it all. You will thank me. Do not read this if you are
tired. But do read this.
I had addressed this account. In mind I had others whom I would copy.
Now, I can no longer vision a particular reader, for what is becoming
the final product of many stammered starts and fear fraught fits is
turning from explanation to warning.
But, yes, this had been addressed at various times and with various
shades of pique concerning our judicial system, to Pollard, a naval
intelligence analyst convicted of talking to friends in Israel, and his
wife - Henderson who first tried to form an organization that would
point to this injustice, but who later under pressures that I am sure
many would not want to know, gave up, left for Israel and divorced her
husband who will be until his dying breath in one of our worst federal
prisons. He was caught with some exactly recorded cartons of classified
ink. Ink that was of itself not important, but that confirmed large
reevaluation of naval preparedness already widely known: everywhere
except to the public.
It had also been addressed to Morison, grandson of our great naval
historian - Samuel Elliot Morison, who agreed to lie and pretend with
the prosecution in a kangaroo charade that he was being tried for
passing photographs which showed how NATO's satellite photography
works. Charade! Even an idiot with the information I will subsequently
give you will reason that the real issue was what the photographs were
of, not how they were taken; and that the implications of these photos
were to be kept, not from any enemy, but the public. The press, waiting
all through the indictment and trial, had the two-faced duplicity to
write editorials condemning this 'injustice' after the conviction:
indicating that they, the press, were the spymasters disciplining their
own.
I had addressed this to Sergi Koslov a Soviet mathematician who was
criminally assaulted by our Office of Naval Intelligence in a case of
mistaken identity and left a mental basket case in Dullas Airport.

But, I do not now address this to Pollard, or to his wife - Henderson,
or to Morison, or to Koslov.

Freedom of Speech, the cornerstone of our Bill of Rights, came from an
old seaman's expression: "Pass and Stow". At the birth of our nation
seamen were here from all over the world. They spoke every language and
signed on ships of every nationality. They were quick to reason that
sovereigns and their navies acted not in the interest of the sailor, and
in their nefarious ventures the sovereigns often lied. Wars were
declared and seamen were then oft in the lamentable position of firing
upon their own countrymen. Their only weapon against this was
information passed around enough until a critical mass of knowledge was
established underneath the "sovereigns"'
It was this growing group-mind of knowledge that, in time rallied to
name the culprit, and "blow the man down".
