U-S-A is doing what it does best, ie crushing liberty and justice, the
world over. Having destroyed what was left of L&J in your country, they
are sending troops to "the true north, strong and free" to do the same.
And Northern BC is no coincidence as a location, Colonel Niemela, because
it is close to the Queen Charlotte Islands, homeland of the Haida Nation.
There are no rights of conquest in BC because there was no war. And no
document in existence has said the First Nations of BC ever ceded their
ancestral nations to anyone. The squatters may be able to claim
"squatters' rights" and there is some justice to that but if so,
why can't the 50-100 homeless squatters in Vancouver's Stanley Park claim
the land on which they live?
In 1995, Quebec held a lawful referendum on secession which fell short by
only 1% (Newfoundland entered this great Confederacy with about that much
of a margin). But what we tend to forget is that First Nations are also
part of the Confederacy only by their will. What if Haida were to take a
seat in the UN General Assembly alongside the other Pacific Island
micro-nations? Hawaiians might get "uppity" don't you think? U-S-A cannot
stand liberty. In 1995 during that Quebec vote the most powerful ships of
the USN were in Vancouver and Halifax harbours. Vancouver got USS
Constellation. That is why your information on U-S-A troops in Northern BC
is probably correct.
